Terms & Conditions:
 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all consumers (“Subscribers”) who subscribe to the broadband and internet connectivity services (“Services”) provided by Oji Communications Pvt Ltd. By subscribing, all Subscribers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following:

1. Service Description

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd provides broadband and internet services under various plans, each with specific features, data limits, speeds, and pricing.  

- Details of available plans (“Service Plans”) are published and updated regularly on www.ojionline.in.  

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or update Service Plans at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe to Oji Communications Pvt Ltd Services, the Subscriber must:  

- Be at least 18 years of age.  

- Provide accurate and complete personal information during the subscription process.  

- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws/regulations issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and/or Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

3. Subscriber Responsibilities

- Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials.  

- Avoid activities that disrupt Services or violate laws/regulations.  

- Accept responsibility for misuse of Services by themselves or others using their account.  

- Not re-sell Services or use them for unauthorized purposes.  

- Provide necessary cooperation to Oji Communications Pvt Ltd, TRAI, DoT, or other government agencies in case of unlawful activity.

4. Equipment

- All terminal apparatus (modems, cables, Ethernet cards, etc.) provided remain the property of Oji Communications Pvt Ltd unless expressly transferred in writing.  

- Subscribers are responsible for the safety, care, and proper use of Equipment. Any damage, loss, or tampering may result in charges.  

- If Equipment is sold to the Subscriber, it is non-returnable and Oji Communications Pvt Ltd provides no warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply where available.  

- Equipment must remain at the Subscriber’s premises and be used solely for authorized purposes.  

- Repair/maintenance costs are borne by the Subscriber if ownership has been transferred. If not transferred, Oji Communications Pvt Ltd bears repair costs for technical faults.  

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding Equipment.

5. Service Interruptions and Maintenance

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd strives to provide continuous Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.  

- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions; advance notice will be provided where feasible.  

- Unplanned interruptions due to technical issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may occur. Oji Communications Pvt Ltd will restore Services within timelines prescribed by regulations.

6. Termination and Suspension

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violation of Terms, or to protect network integrity.  

- Upon termination, Subscribers must return Oji Communications Pvt Ltd-owned Equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use Services.

8. Privacy Policy

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd values Subscriber privacy and manages personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available on www.ojionline.in

- By using Services, Subscriber’s consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

- To Communicate with You we may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.

9. Oji Communications Pvt Ltd Rights

Oji Communications Pvt Ltd may suspend/terminate Services and recover dues under the following circumstances:  

- Transmission limitations due to environmental or technical conditions.  

- Technical failure, upgrades, relocation, or maintenance.  

- Fraud, sabotage, or unlawful use of Services.  

- Breach of Terms, insolvency, or legal restrictions on Subscriber.  

- Adverse impact on Oji Communications Pvt Ltd's network or equipment.  

- Invalid or untraceable Equipment usage.

Additionally, Oji Communications Pvt Ltd shall levy applicable taxes as per prevailing government norms.

10. Amendments

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend Service Plans, pricing, or entitlements without prior notice.  

- Subscribers may request plan changes at Oji Communications Pvt Ltd's discretion, subject to applicable costs. Changes are not permitted mid-billing cycle.

11. Miscellaneous

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd is not responsible for content accessed on the internet via its Services.  

- Oji Communications Pvt Ltd is not bound by commitments or representations made by distributors, channel partners, or dealers. Subscribers should verify directly with Oji Communications Pvt Ltd.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us regarding service updates, support responses, account information, and promotional content (where applicable). These communications may be sent via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, or Voice calls in accordance with applicable regulations.
